This year’s Charity House Auction for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal represents Henley’s achievement of 27 years building and donating homes, raising more than $15.46 million for the Good Friday Appeal to date. It is the 11th year of Villawood generously donating land.
Going under the hammer on Good Friday 10th April will be the beautiful family home featuring five living areas, home theatre and expansive Butler’s Pantry, built on a the 512m2 block, as well as the furniture, landscaping, SMEG™ appliances, soft furnishings and decorative pieces. All proceeds will go to the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
The 2020 house is Henley Home’s Electra 35 - the quintessential double storey family home. The 35 square home, complete with alfresco, four spacious bedrooms, five living areas, and expansive dressing room in the master suite, the Electra will be an ideal family home.
The home will be appointed with luxury fittings and fixtures and finished with professional landscaping, decking, ducted heating and air-conditioning and window coverings – everything a buyer needs to move straight in. All the furniture featured in the home has been donated and will be sold as part of the overall auction price.
The lucky bidder will have access to the architecturally designed Club Rathdowne, a unique Villawood Properties concept created exclusively for Residents and provides exclusives lifestyle, fitness and recreational facilities for the whole family.
