The locally produced ‘Arfion Rosé’ from the Yarra Valley is complex in taste but easy drinking for warmer Spring days while ‘Les Gres Rosé’, hailing from Provence is beautifully light and savoury; a true representation of Provencal rosés.
Our Spring feasting menu highlights exceptional local produce that is perfectly paired with the selected wines. Start with a lavish antipasti spread featuring Vilani 18 month prosciutto di parma, flash fried zucchini flowers and Yarra Valley cavier tartlets amongst other antipasti favourites. Pesce al cartocchio – Italian baked fish is served for your main course; rockling fillet, olives, shaved fennel and cherry tomatoes, alongside citrus salad and shoestring fries. To top off your afternoon, enjoy new season Victorian strawberry sorbet; delicate and delicious.
