Throw in some of the best views in Melbourne, with true al fresco style dining and DJ’s on the decks all afternoon; and you’ve got yourself an Italian rosé party.
We’re excited to feature Fairbank Rosé made by Sutton Grange’s Melanie Chester – recent winner of Young Gun of Wine’s 2018 People’s Choice award. Sample this Victorian rosé alongside another rosé hailing from Saint Tropez on the French Riviera – Coup de Genie, Cotes de Provence Rose.
Our Spring feasting menu includes all of the best of the season, perfectly matched to rosé, including citrus cured King Salmon tartare with melon, ricotta and prosecco pears, chacuterie with housemade grissini and pickles, our signature Spanner Crab spagettini, Cone Bay Barramundi with smoked yoghurt and asparagus, and a fresh selection of sides.
