Queen Victoria Market
What could be more traditional at Christmas than ice skating? ... Melbourne's first outdoor summer ice rink for Christmas!
This festive pop-up taking place under the Market’s 140-year-old historic sheds giving you the chance to enjoy the magical spirit of a northern hemisphere Christmas for a limited period (1–24 December 2018).
The rink brings cool, festive fun for skaters of all ages with rink-side treats that include coffee, maple syrup ice cream as well as the legendary poutine (a Canadian national dish of French fries, cheese curds and gravy). For the little one's, you won't go wrong with fairy floss and popcorn.
A polished skater, a little bit wobbly, or don't leave the edge of the rink for dear life, it’s time to get your skates on!
