The night kicks off at La Madonna, inside Melbourne’s newest boutique hotel Next, with a dish of kingfish crudo and a glass of Victorian wine.
Wander down to Handpicked Cellar Door for a taste of the cellar’s premium collection paired with charcuterie and cheese.
On to Farmer’s Daughters with their favourite seasonal Gippsland produce on show in the form of an Eaglehawk Creek pork and leek pie produced by chef Alejandro Saravia and paired with Gippsland wine.
To close out the night in illuminated 80 Collins style, slip up to Nick & Nora’s to make the most of the golden-era setting with an exceptionally fancy dessert cocktail, Café Noir, with saffron, tonka and vanilla mousse that’s chilled with liquid nitrogen.
