With summer slowly fading away and the cooler weather settling in, Mister Bianco is hosting a hands on masterclass, learning the sugo secrets with head chef and owner, Joe Vargetto.
Joseph will show participants how to make tomato Sugo sauce in a hands-on masterclass; a staple in Italian cooking and just in time to make the perfect comfort food for the colder months.
Using machines from Constante imports, guests will have the chance to get involved and cook up a storm while learning the Sugo secrets. Guests will be given aprons and pots of their freshly made sauce to take home.
Participants will have the chance to enjoy a set three-course lunch afterwards with red and white wines by TAP. The menu will start off with a selection of Stuzzichini, then Ricotta gnocchi with tomato sumo and basil and finish off with a selection of gelati.
