Tar & Roses winemaker Narelle King together with The Barre’s Senior Chef de Partie Ceclilia Salvante have created a Sunday feast inspired by sweet love and Tar & Roses wines. Starting lunch outdoors in The Barre Backyard with delicious canapes and Be My Valentine cocktail.
Moving indoors for lunch, enjoy Tar & Roses wines from their extensive range paired to four courses from The Barre kitchen, including dishes such as an entrée of yellowfin tuna served with Tar & Roses Riesling and braised lamb with Morello cherry ketchup serviced with Tar & Roses red wines including Heathcote Tempranillo and Shiraz.
Winemaker Narelle will share her expert wine knowledge and passion for Tar & Roses wines alongside Cecilia providing her inspiration for the dishes over the course of lunch.
