This is an accessible Yoga class with the opportunity to connect with yourself and the community. I’m passionate about sharing my joy for Yoga and creating a space for you to explore the practice of Yoga in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Not flexible enough? Don’t have good balance? Never done it?
Yoga is perfect for YOU!
This is a great opportunity for beginners to see and feel what it is all about, however the class is catered for all levels of experience.
What to expect?
This is a 1 hour fully guided ‘vinyasa flow’ styled class focusing around breath and movement through different shapes and stretches. My classes focus around mindfulness and giving you the opportunity to explore and challenge your strength, balance and flexibility.
