Avalon Airport is Australia's only dedicated low cost airport, located approximately 40 minutes from the Melbourne CBD and 15 minutes from Geelong, Victoria’s second largest city.

It is specifically built to cater for the growing number of passengers seeking low cost airfares who don't wish to pay for the costly overheads incurred by major capital city airports.
