ダリウス・サルキス - シェフ

ダリウスは若い頃から料理に興味を持ち、最初の訓練を受けたのはクイーンズクリフの有名なミエッタでした。現在、ダリウスは16年間料理をしてきた地元で有名なシェフです。
元々はフレンチ料理を学んだダリウスは、アジア料理の軽快な一面を楽しんでおり、自身の料理に両方を融合させようとしています。ミエッタでの訓練の後、ダリウスはHarry's、Finnigans Place、およびリビエラ オン ヤラで働いた後、2012年初めにBaveras Brasserieで働き始めました。

日曜日の夜を除く、週7日、朝食、ランチ、ディナーを提供しています。
