Trunkは、2007年12月にオープンし、すぐにメルボルンのフード＆ワインシーンのエキサイティングな競合店として確立されました。

エキシビションストリートとリトル・ロンズデール・ストリートの庭のコーナーに位置し、CBD内で最大の屋外庭園の1つを誇り、150年前の古代に遡るサンゴの木が立つ場所で、その名前 'Trunk'を着想としたとされています。

モダンな地中海料理とピザ、さらに地元や国際的なワイン、ビール、カクテルの多彩なセレクションを見せることで、TrunkはCBD内のユニークで多目的な会場として知られています。

2010年7月に、Trunkは隣にあるThe Dinerをオープンしました-ディナークラシックを提供する朝食、ランチ、ディナーの共同店です。
