説明

レッスンが始まる15分前にツアー会社のショップで集合します。その後、インストラクターが適切なサイズのウェットスーツと適切なサーフボードを見つけます。ウェットスーツに着替えたら、グループと一緒にビーチに向かいます。レッスンは、ビーチで安全説明と基本的な指示を受けながら始まります。その後、腰までの水深に入り、最初の数回の穏やかな波をキャッチします。皆が波をキャッチし、水の中でより快適に感じるようになったら、ボードに立つ方法についての詳細な指示を行います。残りのレッスン時間は、インストラクターが皆がサーフボードに立つのを手伝うために水中に戻る部分です。レッスンが終了すると、皆が装備を持ってショップに戻り、休憩と熱いシャワーを浴びます。初めてのサーフィン体験の写真を撮るのを忘れずに。
