Eureka Skydeck
Standing out high above Melbourne's buildings and skyscrapers is the gigantic Eureka tower.
At 300 metres it is Melbourne's tallest building and, in fact, only one of seven in the world with more than 90 storeys (Eureka has 91 storeys plus a basement level). Most of its floors are used as residential units. A viewing platform named Skydeck 88 provides stunning views right across Melbourne and beyond.
If you have no fear of heights step into 'The Edge', a glass cube sliding out from the building at a staggering height; nothing but glass and a few steel girders separate you from the city streets 285 metres below.
