This Mother’s Day we are offering a hands-on masterclass in which you can learn the art of making a Mediterranean coastal favourite and signature dish of Executive Chef Malcolm Williams – Ndunderi di Minori.
Whisk your kitchen-hero mum away this Mother’s Day and take her on a vibrant journey to the Amalfi Coast without having to leave the city.
What to Expect:
Upon arrival at 11am enjoy a curated selection of antipasto paired with a glass of Yves Prosecco of which you can enjoy as we welcome all arrivals to our masterclass and set the stage for an unforgettable day of fun, learning and indulgence.
Following your welcome toast you will embark on a vibrant journey as our illustrious executive chef Malcolm Williams guides you through a hands-on experience where you will learn how to create these heavenly lemon and ricotta gnocchi with a delicious pork and fennel ragu that is both delicious and will also impress guests when you prepare at home (we’ll give you special recipe cards to take with you).
Once you have completed your masterpiece you can enjoy your creation alongside mum accompanied by a fresh rocket and parmesan salad followed by a signature chocolate cannoli and your choice of barista-made AllPress coffee to finish.
As a bonus, Chef Malcolm has prepared a selection of bonus recipe cards that you can take home that will guide you through some more of his very special Mediterranean favourites.
