The 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final Parade, in partnership with the Victorian Government, will take place on Friday, 27 September. This year, the parade will follow a new, fan-friendly route through Melbourne Park Precinct, Birrarung Marr, and the MCG Yarra Park Precinct, ending at the AFL's free Footy Festival.
Pre-parade festivities at Melbourne Park Oval start at 9:00am (AEST), featuring entertainment, giveaways, and live music, with the parade beginning around 10:30am (AEST). It will be broadcast exclusively on Fox Footy.
Key viewing spots include Melbourne Park Oval and Birrarung Marr, which will both have big screens and entertainment. The parade will showcase the Grand Final teams, the 2024 AFL Premiership Cup, and more.
The Footy Festival Live Site is packed with free entertainment for the whole family, including player appearances, giveaways, music and some of Melbourne's best food trucks and bars.
Fans can also get up-close and personal with the 2024 AFL Premiership Cup making appearances at various partner activations across the four days.
