Description
Please arrive 15 minutes before the lesson starts for check-in at the surf shop. Your instructor will fit you with a wetsuit and assign a surfboard based on your height and skill level.
The lesson begins on the sand with a safety briefing and essential surfing techniques. You will then enter the water waist-deep to practice catching small waves and gaining confidence.
After regrouping on the beach, your instructor will guide you through popping up and riding your board. Individual coaching continues as you practice catching waves and standing up.
At the end of the session, return to the shop to rinse off and change.

Important Information
- Children under 9 must be accompanied by a non-participating parent who can assist in the water.
- For a more advanced experience, consider the 1.5-hour private lesson or the progressive 3 x 2-hour surf course.
