Description
The tour begins with a scenic coastal hike from Tidal River to Pillar Point, following the Tidal River banks through diverse terrain to panoramic views of bays and beaches.
After a short drive to the general store for lunch (not included), the second hike covers a 7.8 km return trail to Mt Oberon’s summit, offering some of Victoria’s best coastal vistas.
The group then visits Squeaky Beach, known for its white quartz sand that produces a distinctive squeaking sound when walked on.
Before leaving the park, the tour stops to observe native wildlife in their natural habitat, with frequent sightings of wombats, emus, kangaroos, and wallabies.
