The buffet is this popular restaurant's major draw card - and Conservatory adds a touch of class to this concept, with a selection of delectable taste sensations and some fine wines to accompany them. Guests can return time and again until they have had their fill, but it's wise to keep some room for dessert. The selection on offer is another of Conservatory's signatures, with delicious chocolate fountains and a variety of cakes and puddings that add some sweetness and fun to a memorable meal.
Dinner at the Conservatory is more than dining out - it's a culinary experience in a very fine setting - which is why it's often the location for birthdays and other celebrations. The restaurant is divided into four distinct areas, including a small dining area near the antipasti, salad, seafood and cheese selections, a more intimate area near the bar and two large dining spaces. Décor includes white marble floors and bespoke chandeliers, a wooden ceiling and an open-plan theatre-style kitchen.
