Hophaus Bier Bar Grill is meat and beer all the way.
This German style beer hall is on the mid -level of the Southgate centre, with some stunning views over the Yarra and the city.
Night or day these are some of the best city scapes in Melbourne. The atmosphere is loud and boisterous and is popular with large groups enjoying nights out.
The menu is very heavy on the meat with selections of German style pork, lamb and beef dishes with a twist. The food is big on flavour and the portions of some of the dishes are huge. They also have over 10 beers on tap, some of which are served in those huge steins that are synonymous with Germany.
If you are looking for a night out with friends then this could be the venue for you.
