Description
Operating daily from June 10 to September 10 (snow dependent), this 10-hour tour departs Melbourne at 8:00am and returns by 6:00pm. Pickup points include Hotel Indigo (7:35am), Village Melbourne (7:45am), and Ringwood Train Station (8:45am).
Lake Mountain offers family-friendly snow activities, including cross-country skiing, toboggan runs, snowman building, and snowball play. Guests have 3 hours on the mountain with direct coach access—no lifts or transfers required. Toboggan runs require additional ticket purchase at own cost.
The itinerary includes free time to explore 4WD accessible ski trails or hike to summit viewpoints. Lunch can be purchased at Beechworth Bakery in Healesville or on the mountain.
After snow activities, the tour visits Steavenson Falls in Marysville and then stops at Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery for chocolate samples and local ice cream or hot chocolate (at guests’ expense).
Distance driven is approximately 240km. Alternative routes may apply during extreme weather. Snow equipment hire is available on arrival at Lake Mountain at own expense.

Child fares apply for ages 0 to 12 years. Infants (0-4 years) must have a child safety seat and cannot travel on an adult’s lap. Child seats are free but must be requested when booking.
