The Cups Estate is a family-owned vineyard located on Mornington Peninsula. Having always wanted to open up his own winery, founder Joe Fisicaro planted his first grapes at The Cups Estate in 1999. It has since grown into a flourishing business, with each of the family members doing their part to make it a success.
The vineyard gets its name from the unusual topography of the area, which is known as ‘The Cups’ due to a number of unique and undulating dunes that make up the landscape. Being in close proximity to the sea means that Shiraz and Merlot grapes grow well here. The 15-acre vineyard also grows Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir varieties. (Click here for full wine list)
Visitors are invited to sample and buy the wines at the fabulous Cellar Door - a modern, circular building that overlooks the vineyard and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Here you can also sample a range of boutique local produce to accompany each wine.
