Stamford Signature Curry Puffs
Golden puff pastry wrapped around potatoes, chicken & mild curry.
The Stamford Curry Puffs are prepared using a secret family recipe, carefully passed on from one generation to another.
Satay Sticks of Beef & Chicken
Chargrilled tender beef & chicken pieces marinated in Asian spices.
Served with a spicy peanut sauce, ketupat (rice dumpling), raw onion & cucumber.
Prawn Wonton Soup with Green Choy Sum
Farm raised prawns, wrapped in freshly made pastry cooked with egg noodles, green choy sum & fried shallots.
Served with preserved chilli soy vinegar.
Singapore Combination Laksa
Spicy noodle soup from Peranakan cuisine, cooked in spicy coconut broth
with ocean prawns, chicken, fried fish cake, fried bean curd & bean shoots.
Garnished with laksa leaves.
Beef Curry with Roti Paratha
Singapore Hawker style mild spiced beef curry & flaky buttery flat bread
Served with Papadum.
