Set among three acres of beautiful gardens on Tanti Avenue, The Brooks @ Brooklands is set in an historic homestead built in 1878.
Fronting the courtyard entrance to the restaurant, you will be greeted by carefully preserved ornate cornices, stained glass windows and decorative cast-iron lace Victorian filigree lining the verandahs.
Executive Chef Corey Howard has created a menu and wine list specialising in local produce from the Mornington Peninsula. Corey's motto has always been quality, delicious dishes served with good old-fashioned customer service. Classic, modern Australian is the champion theme of the dishes at Eighteen78.
The Brooks is open daily for breakfast and Monday to Saturday for dinner, the perfect setting for intimate dinners, special occasions or to entertain friends and colleagues.
The restaurant also has a private dining room over looking the gardens catering for up to 10 guests.
