Being the original kiteboarding school in Melbourne, Kite Republic is Victoria’s only International Kiteboarding Organisation Affiliated Centre. Leading the way in industry standards, the school is internationally experienced and is home to a qualified team to help you learn to kiteboard. Offering everything from introductory lessons to ‘passport to ride’ full courses, Kite Republic remains the industry’s leader in quality and everything that is kiteboarding. IKO instructor training courses are also available, as well as day tours, national kiting tours and even international kiting tours.
The school is owned and managed by internationally experienced Chris Sal, who has worked with a number of schools around the world in safety and standards of kiteboarding. The Kite Republic Shop is Melbourne’s 100% Kiteboarding shop, built around outstanding service provided by passionate kiters.
Events are always being run by the school, including ride days, club nights and camping weekends.
