Winery Restaurants
Established in 1928, De Bortoli is a third generation Italian family winery. Each De Bortoli family member helps to run the business, which has now expanded across Australia to a number of the best-known wine regions.
The original base in Bilbul, in the Riverina region of southern New South Wales, has become renowned for producing the iconic Noble One dessert wine. The Yarra Valley vineyard in Victoria has become recognised for its cool climate wines made from classic varieties such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Shiraz. The Hunter Valley base is known for its unique Semillon and Shiraz wines, and up in the north east, the King Valley is beginning to establish a reputation for its delectable European style wines.
At the Yarra Valley estate, visitors are invited to the acclaimed restaurant, which offers beautiful views across the surrounding vineyards and fields. The extensive wine list features a number of De Bortoli’s own wines, along with a number of other wines from across the country and the world. The restaurant also offers a menu that utilises locally sourced ingredients that are unique to the Yarra Valley region.
