Step foot into Polly Cocktail Lounge and you'll feel like you've stepped back in time. The atmosphere is Moulin Rouge meets a 1920's cruise liner, with extravagant decor and comfy sofas to recline on. The cocktail menu, which they're most famous for, offers something for everyone, from fruity to boozy, but if you're feeling fussy, simply ask the talented bar staff to mix something up for you. As well as this, they offer beers, wines and champagne, and for something a bit stronger, they house the best selection of Absinthe from all over the globe for your chance to get acquainted with the green fairy.

Don't fear if you're not a drinker or have drawn the short straw of designated driver as there is a selection of coffee bespoke mocktails/cocktails to die for. And if you simply can't face leaving the sofa, then you can check out the instructional videos on YouTube and whip up your own cocktails at home!

If all that drinking leaves you peckish, guests can order pizzas (but we also provide cutlery and plates and guests can order whatever uber eats), inhouse we sell cheeseplates, and light snacks such as nuts, pretzels, popcorn.

There's also opportunity to embrace the vintage ambiance with a broad choice of cigars ranging from $17 to $70 a pop, depending on size and quality.

We're also proud to offer cocktail classes where guests learn, make and drink 3 cocktails. The added touch includes a glass of sparkling on arrival and charcuterie/cheese platter to share.
There's also whisky classes consisting of 1 hour classes, 5 whisky tasters with a expert going through how to taste and about each whisky.
